Shipping Policy

Please carefully review our Shipping Policy. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Curbside/In-Store Pickup

Curbside/In-Store pickup is available for all purchases.  To place your order for pickup, select "Pick up" at checkout.  You will receive a confirmation when your order is placed, and a second email when your order is ready.  If you have any questions, please call (713) 524-2526.

Pickup Location:  3219 Milam St., Houston TX 77006.

Hours:  Monday thru Friday, 10am - 4pm (Closed on Federal Holidays).

 

Shipping 

Rates are determined by weight and size. 

  • USPS Standard Mail - $1.00
  • USPS First Class Package (insured) - $4.75
  • USPS Priority Mail (insured) - $8.55
  • UPS Ground (insured) - $8.00

Orders sent without insurance cannot be refunded or replaced if lost in the mail. If you this applies to you, please contact USPS with any inquires.  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, unless the package is insured, in which case you can contact us to find out how to get your replacement.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

As of 1/24/2024, we now offer international shipping.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

Your delivery date may change during transit for any number of unforeseen events. Your tracking info should update automatically.
